These terms apply to the services offered by Yuly Bordonado Suárez, trading as Influencia Online (NIF 54349660Q), through influenciaonline.com and our payment links. By booking or paying for a service you accept them.
We provide organic social media growth services: strategy, content planning, video review, metrics tracking, consulting and, where contracted, video editing and publishing. The scope of each service is the one described on our pricing pages at the time of purchase, or in the written proposal or contract agreed with you.
Prices are in euros. VAT is added only for clients based in Spain; EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse charge, and clients outside the EU are invoiced without VAT. Payments are made in advance, by card through Stripe or by bank transfer.
Monthly packages have a minimum commitment of 3 months and then continue month to month. They are billed in advance each month. You can cancel with 20 days' notice before the next billing date by writing to hola@influenciaonline.com. The first month is dedicated to diagnosis, the action plan and first tests.
Monthly packages are strategic direction: we tell you what to film, review your videos and track your metrics. You film and publish the videos included in your plan. Results depend on that consistency, and the monthly fee is due even if videos are not published.
Support is provided in the meetings included in each package and by email, within the response times described on our pricing page. We do not offer phone or messaging app support.
The Growth Consulting & Growth Revenue Plan is delivered within 10 working days from payment and receipt of the information we need. If you book a monthly package after the plan, we deduct the plan from your first monthly payment, up to €1,500. VDS Live Shoot (10 to 15 short videos, 5 LinkedIn posts, 2 carousels and 2 articles, combining the official recording of your talk with the footage we film at VDS) is delivered within 7 days after the event. Express delivery: your first 3 clips within 48 hours of filming. Talk to Content (7 short video clips, 3 LinkedIn posts, 1 carousel and 1 article, combining the official recording of your talk with the footage we film at VDS) is delivered within 7 days after the event.
Monthly packages are not refundable. You can cancel future months with 20 days' notice before the next billing date, as described above; months already paid are not refunded.
One-off services: because our work starts as soon as a service is booked, payments are non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel before any work has started, we refund the full amount. VDS Live Shoot bookings can be cancelled for a full refund up to 72 hours before the event; after that, the slot is reserved for you and cannot be refunded. If we cannot deliver a one-off service for reasons on our side, we refund the part not delivered.
We work on organic growth and share real past results, but we do not promise specific numbers of followers, views or sales, since they depend on factors outside our control such as platform algorithms and how consistently you publish.
You keep ownership of your brand, your accounts and the content we create for you once paid. When we create or edit content for you (VDS packs or managed editing), you review it and publish it on your own channels. You confirm you have the rights to any material you send us, and you give us permission to film and edit you for the services you book.
We may mention your account or show results as a success case only with your consent.
